Yes — we only use regulated pest control treatments and always give safety instructions where needed. If you have pets or young children, we’ll explain any risks and precautions clearly before treatment and factor these into our approach. 

Some pests need follow-up visits, which we’ll schedule if necessary. We’re honest about what’s involved, and we won’t disappear if the job needs further work.

Most surveys and advisory visits are charged at our standard call-out rates (see our terms and conditions for current pricing). These are designed to help you understand the challenges you face and provide you with the expert advice needed to address them.

More complex pest issues, such as honeybee removal, require significant planning and as such, we charge more for these types of surveys.
