Moles

Moles are mostly active during their breading season between February and June when the ground is soft. Apart from leaving unsightly piles of dirt across the lawn, moles can cause extensive damage to building and equipment whilst threatening the lives of livestock. 

 

Mole treatment is an art form in of itself and is best carried out by a professional using traps and methods that result in humane and effective control.

How many moles do I have?

There are several variables when calculating the number of moles resident at your property such as the time of year. That said, moles live largely solitary lives and as a general rule of thumb 1-3 per acre is typical outside of breading season.
