For vital interests: Such as where there may be an urgent safety notice to communicate with you.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored securely within:
Our pest control management system (encrypted and password protected).
Our accounting and invoicing platform.
Microsoft OneDrive – for specific reports such as drainage surveys.
Mobile devices – for taking photos/videos during site visits; files are uploaded to secure systems and deleted from devices when no longer required.
Reolink App – for secure access to temporary monitoring cameras.
Cleartone Communications Platform– for the storage and management of telephone call recordings under strict data protection controls.
Service email accounts – for sending reports and communicating securely with customers.
All systems use encrypted connections and appropriate security controls including access controls.
Who we share your data with
We only share personal data where necessary to deliver our services, meet legal obligations, or protect our business interests. Data may be shared with:
Internal staff who require your information to provide our services and who have received training in data protection.
With sub-contractors who are asked by us to deliver all or some of the services and who are contracted to comply with data protection regulations.
With third parties providing IT support and maintenance services, marketing and client support services, data storage services; checks for credit risk reduction and other fraud and crime prevention purposes; other financial institutions and credit.
With our professional advisors, including our legal advisors, financial advisors, debt recovery agents, insurers, accountants, auditors or other consultants to the extent they require this information to provide their services to us.
